If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately. We'll be sad — every cockroach matters — but we respect your decision.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to: members, visitors, browsers, contributors, meme enthusiasts, and anyone who accidentally typed "cockroach party" into Google and ended up here.

Membership in the Cockroach Janata Party is free, voluntary, and open to all — regardless of caste, religion, gender, economic status, or how you feel about actual cockroaches.

Eligibility — any individual who is 18 years of age or older and an Indian citizen (or a concerned global citizen) may register as a member.
No Fees — membership is completely free. There are no hidden charges, premium tiers, or "VIP cockroach" upgrades. Every cockroach is equal.
Accurate Information — you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Fake names are for trolls, not cockroaches.
One Account Per Person — each individual may register only once. We count real cockroaches, not duplicate entries.
Voluntary Withdrawal — you may leave the swarm at any time by requesting account deletion. No questions asked, no guilt trips (okay, maybe a small guilt trip).

By using this website, you agree to the following rules of engagement:

No Hate Speech — CJP is built on inclusivity. Casteism, communalism, sexism, homophobia, and any form of discrimination are strictly prohibited. We roast the system, not each other.
No Violence — this is a satirical, non-violent movement. Any calls to violence, threats, or incitement will result in immediate removal from the swarm.
No Impersonation — do not impersonate CJP officials, the founder, or any other member. One Abhijeet Dipke is enough for this timeline.
No Spam — do not use the platform for unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, or promoting your SoundCloud. We're a movement, not a marketplace.
No Illegal Activity — do not use this website for any purpose that violates Indian law or international law. We file RTIs, not FIRs.

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the movement. The Swarm Council's decision in such matters shall be final.

The following intellectual property belongs to the Cockroach Janata Party and its founder:

CJP Name & Branding — the name "Cockroach Janata Party," "CJP," "कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी," and all associated Hindi/English branding are proprietary to the movement.
Logo & Visual Identity — the CJP cockroach logo, colour scheme, design system, and all visual assets on this website are protected intellectual property.
Website Content — all text, graphics, images, and code on this website are owned by CJP unless otherwise attributed.
Slogans — "Main Bhi Cockroach," "मैं भी कॉकरोच," "Resilient. Unkillable. Everywhere." and other CJP slogans are the property of the movement.

You may share CJP content for non-commercial, movement-related purposes (spreading the word, sharing memes, making your WhatsApp uncle uncomfortable). Commercial use requires prior written permission from the CJP Digital Infrastructure Team.

Let us be abundantly clear about something:

The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) is a satirical movement. It uses humour, irony, parody, and satire as tools of democratic expression and peaceful protest. CJP is not a registered political party under the Election Commission of India.

Content published on this website — including but not limited to articles, memes, slogans, manifestos, and commentary — is intended as political satire and social commentary protected under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India (Freedom of Speech and Expression).

Satirical content should not be taken as literal statements of fact.
References to public figures are made in the context of political commentary and public interest.
CJP does not claim to be a substitute for any official political institution.
If you cannot distinguish satire from reality, we recommend watching less television news — that line has been blurred far worse there.
