Why 10 October?
They Chose
Suppression.दमन का जवाब
After the Sansad March forced Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign, the government had two choices: listen to the cockroaches, or crush them. They chose the latter.
Instead of addressing CJP's 6 demands, the government escalated:
Threatened NSA — The National Security Act has been threatened against CJP leaders — a draconian law meant for terrorists, not peaceful protesters.
Detained 40+ volunteers — Assam Police detained Ashutosh Ranka and 40+ CJP volunteers during peaceful mobilization.
Banned protests in Mumbai — Section 144 imposed. CJP responded with Jail Bharo Andolan and won.
Ignored CEC resignation demand — Gyanesh Kumar remains despite CJP's 48-hour ultimatum.
The 10 October protest is CJP's answer: you cannot silence 2 lakh+ cockroaches with threats. You can only make them angrier.
BREAKING 10 OCTOBER LIVE UPDATES:
- 57+ trains have been blocked by CJP protesters across India (Rail Roko component — demonstrators blocking railway tracks in Bihar, UP, Maharashtra).
- 23,000+ police deployed showing government's fear.
- Despite massive police deployment, protests remain peaceful.

10 October Demands
Non-Negotiable.
Period.गैर-समझौतावादी
The 10 October protest carries CJP's full 6 demands plus additional demands triggered by the government's response:
Demand #1: CEC Gyanesh Kumar must resign IMMEDIATELY — not in 48 hours, not next month. Now. Electoral integrity cannot wait.
Demand #2: Withdraw NSA threats — The National Security Act is for terrorists, not peaceful political workers. Using it against CJP is unconstitutional.
Demand #3: Education reform legislation — Not committee reports. Not white papers. Actual legislation passed in Parliament. Fix the schools. Fix NEET. Fix the system.
Demand #4: Real unemployment data — Release honest, verifiable youth unemployment numbers. 42% of graduates under 25 are jobless. Stop hiding the crisis.
Demand #5: PM CARES Fund audit — ₹10,990 crore collected. Zero accountability. Citizens donated — citizens deserve answers.
Demand #6: Protect Article 19 — Stop using Section 144 to ban protests. Stop detaining volunteers. Stop treating democratic dissent as a crime.

Stay Safe.
Stay Smart.सुरक्षित रहें
CJP takes protester safety seriously. Given the government's NSA threats, additional precautions are in place:
Legal teams at every location — CJP's Legal Affairs Lead Ratna Singh has deployed lawyers at every protest site.
Emergency helpline — A dedicated number will be shared 24 hours before the protest for legal assistance if detained.
Medical support — First aid volunteers stationed at all major locations. After the Sansad March tear gas incident, CJP now has trained medical responders at every event.
Buddy system — Never protest alone. Come with a friend. Share live location with family.
Document everything — Video record any police action. Multiple live streams running simultaneously. Evidence protects protesters.
Know your rights — You have the right to peaceful assembly under Article 19. You have the right to legal representation. You cannot be detained without reason. If arrested, stay calm, ask for a lawyer, and contact CJP helpline immediately.
