The result? The government can't contain it. When they crack down in one city, two more light up. When they ban protests in Mumbai, cockroaches fill their jails. When they detain volunteers in Assam, the movement regrouped stronger.
This is asymmetric political warfare — a decentralized, leaderless, city-by-city campaign that no amount of Section 144 orders can stop. The cockroach infestation is national.
